Along with the traditional lithographed tin, we also offer our syrup in decorative plastic jugs, some people do prefer the plastic over the tin and we aim to please by carrying both. Syrup is offered in Vermont grade A medium amber, Vermont grade A dark amber and Vermont grade B. Grade A Medium Amber- Medium amber color and a pronounced maple bouquet. Characteristic maple flavor that is popular for the table and all around use. Great on pancakes, waffles and french toast.
Grade A Dark Amber- Dark amber color and a robust maple bouquet. This hearty maple flavor is very popular for the table and all around use. Is often used to add flavor to cooking.
Grade B- The strongest and darkest grade of maple syrup. Primarily used for cooking and also for the table. Makes a great substitute for other sugars in baking. Available upon request, please contact for pricing.
